The first round begins Monday, November 2, 2026. Each matchup has a two-week window. You and your opponent can arrange your game anytime the Order of the Bear is open. Every Monday night, up to four pitches will be set up and ready for games to begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
Games may run for a maximum of 2¼ hours. No new turn begins after 9:15 p.m., allowing everyone to pack up and leave by 9:30 p.m.
Semifinal and championship games will receive up to three hours so they can be played to completion.
