Order of the Bear welcomes local businesses, families, and community supporters who want to help make our events more welcoming, affordable, and fun.

We are a volunteer-run not-for-profit community organization in Rockwood, Ontario. Our events bring people together through board games, role-playing games, card games, creative hobbies, food pantry support, youth-friendly opportunities, and local community connection.

Twilight Imperium: Galactic Summit 2027

Support needed: Food, prize support, and help purchasing another copy of Twilight Imperium for event use.

Galactic Summit is a special event with the potential to attract dedicated players from Rockwood and surrounding communities. Sponsorship can help improve the player experience, support prizes, and expand our ability to host more tables.

Magic Night

Order of the Bear regularly supports the Lions Pantry through food and pantry item donations collected at events and throughout the year.

Support the Creator Studio

Order of the Bear is also exploring the development of a future Creator Studio in Rockwood. This project is currently in the planning and needs assessment stage.

Sponsors can help support the Creator Studio through materials, tools, storage, workbench supplies, lighting, ventilation support, 3D printing supplies, workshop materials, or financial support toward future creative programming.
