Have games, hobby supplies, storage items, tools, or useful materials sitting unused? They may help support our game nights, community giveaways, event programming, or future Creator Studio.

We accept board games, card games, role-playing game supplies, dice, miniatures, terrain, storage items, workshop materials, and other useful donations.

We may also accept games that are not ideal for the club library, including children’s games, classic family games, duplicate games, Monopoly, Risk, and similar titles. These may still be useful for local families, casual players, community giveaway tables, or outreach events.

Make a Cash Donation

Cash donations give the club flexibility to purchase the most needed items at the right time. Donations may help with games, supplies, shelving, storage, event materials, food pantry support, workshop supplies, and Creator Studio planning.

Help Build the Creator Studio

Order of the Bear is exploring the development of a future community Creator Studio in Rockwood. This project is currently in the planning and needs assessment stage.

The vision is to create a hands-on hobby, fabrication, and creative workshop space that could support 3D printing, miniature painting, model building, terrain making, board game prototyping, creative skill-sharing, and youth or family-friendly workshops.

Support for the Creator Studio may include tools, equipment, materials, shelving, workspace supplies, financial contributions, sponsorship, or skilled volunteers.
